Exchange & refund policy:
Items once delivered or collected by the client cannot be exchanged or refunded. Order cancellation can be done 7 days prior to delivery or collection date, refund will be settled through credit note only. (Proof of original receipt must be produced).
• Special/customized order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Discounted/promotional/clearance items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed during promotion/sales period.
Delivery of items will be done only after 100% payment received in advance (In case of partial payments minimum 50% should be deposit at the time of purchase and rest balance must be cleared within 30 days).
All items must be thoroughly checked at the time of delivery or collection before signing the delivery note any claim later will not be entertained.(Sales/promotions are not applicable in design consultation services).
Delivery & Storage of items:
• Free delivery service is available in Abu Dhabi city subject to minimum amount of purchase AED 2,500/- for rest of Emirates delivery charges will be applicable.
• In case of re-delivery AED 500/- will be applicable for Abu Dhabi city and rest of Emirates as per the normal delivery charges.
• Eldiar can keep items under free storage up to 30 days from the date of invoice beyond that 10% of the invoice will be charged as storage per month.
Eldiar can reserve any item up to 2 days maximum from the date of request.
All items purchased from Eldiar are having 1 year warranty against any manufacturing defect; the company will not be responsible
